First Parish strongly encourages all participants in indoor and in-person events to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. In order to resume in-person, indoor activities we have developed a list of strict protocolos for all participants. These protocols can be found here.

By completing this pre-registration form you are agreeing to abide by these protocols and to inform us of any changes to the information you provide. Registration for in-person worship is limited to 25 participants.
