The goal of Soul Matters is to support our journey of deeper connection to life, others, and our deepest self through self-reflection and listening.
Every month, your group facilitator will send out the Soul Matters packet which will center around a theme. You are invited to engage with the packet in whatever ways work best for you, and then bring your reflections to the group. These discussions make space for head and heart, personal stories, and shared meaning making.
